How long will your purchased goods take to be delivered?
The length of delivery depends on your location and shipping rate. For those located in Australia, domestic shipping will take for Standard Shipping 1-14 business days after fulfillment, Local Pickup 7 business days, Express Post 3-5 Business days, Express Pick up 3-5 Business days, Next Business Day Express Post contact us via email for stock availability, Next Business Day Pickup, Same Business Day Pick Up - contact us.
International shipping outside Australia can take up to 5 weeks. For express international shipping check out our international online store kupesi.com. Our manufacturers for our international online store are based in the US and Europe, hence the length of delivery time.
Want to Return an item and would like a refund?
Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned to our manufacturers. Returns must also comply with our user agreement. If a reprint is approved, no changes may be granted for change of colour, product, size or design.
Returns for refund must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods, tracked by date of delivery.
Returns for exchange or store credit Must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods, tracked by date of delivery.
